2010 Holland Motorsports Complex Rule Clarification

Amendment as of June 10, 2010

Section 8 General Chassis Specifications (8) add: Dominant Car: Any car, which in the opinion of the Speedway dominates a division, will be subject to additional weight at the discretion of the Speedway. 

Amendment as of June 2, 2010 

Hornets and Queen Bees

Section 15 (F.) shall read: Passenger tires only. Wheels and tires must be same size. Stock wheels only, no custom racing wheels with a maximum width of 6” inside bead to bead.

Tire sizes: 13” tires may be no larger than 185-70-13. 14" tires may be no larger than 195-70-14.

Street tires only. No recaps allowed.


Amendment as of May 14, 2010

Bank of Holland Chargers

Section 15 (I. Exhaust Manifold and System) 3. shall read: Complete and unaltered muffling system mandatory. Only Hooker muffler #H1K 21008, Dynamax Thrush Muffler #17715, #17696, Extreme Technology Muffler part #1014-2525, Summit Part # MOR-94050 allowed.

Mufflers must be mounted with inlet and outlet in the proper direction and be removable for inspection.

Raging Wolf.com Pro Modifieds

Section 15 (HH. Crate Engine) 9. add: Any 604 crate engine is eligible to compete in the Pro Modified division. All existing 604 engines that are not purchased at track specified dealers must be recertified in order to compete in the division. Please call the office for more information.

 

Bank of Holland Chargers

Section 15 (E. Engine) 26. add: Crank shaft dampners: unaltered stock dampners and fluid dampners allowed. No aluminum dampners allowed.

Section 15 (G. Transmission) 4. add: Stock manual transmissions allowed.

Section 15 (I. Exhaust Manifold and System) 3. shall read: Complete and unaltered muffling system mandatory. Only Hooker muffler #H1K 21008, Dynamax Thrush Muffler #17715, #17696, Extreme Technology Muffler part #12525, Summit Part # MOR-94050 allowed.

Section 15 (HH. Crate Engine) 1. shall read: There will be a weight allowance of 100 lbs given for crate engines. Holland Motorsports Complex officials may alter these provisions at any time.

Section 15 (HH. Crate Engine) 7. shall read: CARBURETOR: Holley Box stock (part#0-80541-1), (Series 4150, 650 CFM). No exceptions, carburetor must be securely fastened to the intake manifold in the stock location with one .0625(1/16th) or smaller gasket. No spacers or drop in spacers, alterations, physical changes, machining, reshaping or tampering with any part of the original parts, internal or external is prohibited. Only genuine Holley parts are permitted, subject to inspection by tech.


Amendment as of January 29, 2010

Hornets & Queen Bees

Section 15 (1.) shall read: Any four cylinder car with a maximum wheel base of 106” or truck with a wheel base 108” to 112” and a complete stock body, frame, and suspension. No bracing anywhere except inside the drivers compartment. Dash, steering and pedals must remain stock for that make and model. All insulation under hood must be removed. NOTE: Any wheelbase four-cylinder mini-van allowed to compete. No dual overhead cams allowed. No turbo, all wheel drive or Volkswagen type cars will be permitted.

Section 15 (20.) shall read: Hornets & Queen Bees will race concurrently in the same race event.

Only women are allowed to compete as a Queen Bee. Woman driver must designate the division in which she will compete prior to her first race event. Driver may not switch racing division designation once she has started her first race event for the season.

No driver who has attained non-rookie status (raced more than five races in one season within the same division) in any higher division within five complete race seasons may compete in the Hornet / Queen Bee division.
