Mother Nature Forces Cancellation of September 7th Program

After much deliberation throughout the afternoon and with the forecast calling for more rain on the way, the management of the Holland NASCAR Motorsports Complex was forced to cancel the Saturday, September 7 racing program, the running of the Budweiser 100 presented by Paul Graff Trucking and NOCO Express Shops.

“A rescheduled date will be announced this week” stated Holland NASCAR Motorsports Complex General Manager Timothy Bennett.

The on track events at the Holland NASCAR Motorsports Complex will come to a close on Saturday, September 14 with round two of the “Wildest Show on Wheels”, CarWarz Crash-A-Rama presented by M&M U Pull It. On the card will be the $5000 to win Compact Enduro 100, the popular School Bus Figure 8 race, Stock Roller Derby, the Boat-Trailer Race, Flag Pole race plus the first appearance by the Cannon Lady and Radical Bob the Human Bomb. All new to the Holland event will be a Lawn Mower Demolition Derby. The destruction starts at 6:30 pm while the grandstand gates will swing open at 4:00 pm and fans are encouraged to arrive early for the best seats. 

The 2013 season will officially close out with the annual Awards Dinner on Friday November 1st at the Millennium Hotel in Cheektowaga.
