HOLLAND, NY… Crash-A-Rama returns for their Fall 2015 show this coming Saturday night at the Holland Motorsports Complex and the excitement is already building as this show will be jammed-packed with excitement from start to finish.
The fall edition of Crash-A-Rama will see a FMX Dirt Bike Thrill Show featuring Tim Dyson plus fan favorites like the School Bus Figure 8 race, Boat-Trailer Race and the Enduro and so much more! To cap off the night, Skylighters of NY will fire up the sky with Fireworks brought to you in part by the Wales Center Hotel. Jake and the Fatman BBQ will be set up on the Midway selling BBQ sandwhiches, and the Veteran's One Stop Center of WNY will be handing out information to local veterans as well!
Fans are encouraged to go to participating Western New York Carquest and Advance Auto Parts locations and pick up tickets for Crash-A-Rama for admittance to the track one hour before everyone else! Fans are also encouraged to purchase their tickets for “The Wildest Show on Wheels” online to avoid waiting in the long lines at the speedway box office the day of the show.
Pit gates will open up at 2:30pm with the inspection process for racers beginning at 3:30pm. Grandstand gates will open at 4pm and the show will get underway at 6:30pm. This show will take place rain or shine and is certainly one not to miss!
As part of the last 2015 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series racing program last Saturday night, Lancaster, NY pilot Shawn Nye crossed the line first in the Yuengling Light Pro Modified 100 presented by the Upstate Automotive Group and NOCO Express Shop. However, the race results are unofficial pending a technical review. With the win in the INEX Legends feature, Mill Village, Pennsylvania’s Brandon DeBrakeleer is now qualified for the INEX Legends National Championship event, representing Holland. For DeBrakeleer, it was his third win of the season on the highbanks. Nick Crassi from Gowanda, NY won his first feature of the season in the Seneca Niagara Casino Late Models. Tommy Wentland from Cheektowaga, NYwon his first career feature event for the Bank of Holland Chargers. Shawn Nye of Lancaster, NY won his second feature of 2015 in the Jerry Gradl Motors NYPA TQ Midgets. Timmy Catalano from Ontario, NY won his fourth feature of the season in the Hornets.
Holland management would like to congratulate their 2015 track champions. Tommy Catalano won his first career Pro Modified title as did Brandon Glover in the Late Models. Tom Northem won his second Charger championship in three seasons. Jeff Szafraniec won his second career Hornet track title. Kyle Hutchinson won the Holland title for the NYPA TQ Midgets. Jeremy Haudricourt won the track championship in the INEX Legends. Jason Adams continued his dominance over the Figure 8’s as he earned his fourth track championship in five years. DJ Phillips won the Future Four championship for his first title.
