In the nightcap, Tim Welshans and Nik Welshans set the pace in the 25 lap feature and it would be Tim Welshans showing the way over brother Nik with Josh Hathaway running in third. Hathaway would take second and would go after Tim Welshans for the lead. Dave Vona would battle with Hathaway for several circuits before taking the runner up spot away just after the halfway mark. Vona would take the lead by using the bottom grove with six laps to go. Hathaway would race by Tim Welshans to take second away with three laps remaining. Vona would go on to score the win. Jeff Szafraniec needed ten laps to enter the top five for the first time after getting around pole sitter Dan Sharf. Szafraniec moved into third with Jason Adams passing Palmer to take over second with 12 laps remaining. Szafraniec took second away from Adams with 4 to go and would go after race leader Hughes. Hughes would go to what would appear to be his first win of the season, however failed post race tech, giving the win to Jeff Szafraniec.
